In a kind of Peter-Pan-ess way I am a huge yoga fan. If I could find classes I'd probably be a gymnast too, but as a 30-something without the gymnast's figure, yoga must suffice. And it does me well. A couple of years ago I 'found' ashtanga yoga and have never looked back. Whilst both my pregnancies have hindered my progress slightly, I always come back to it and it never fails to make me feel alive and kicking!
